WHEY PERMEATE POWDER
Whey permeate powder is produced by ultra-filtering whey powder, which is concentrated and dried by atomisation.

Whey protein concentrate is produced by spray drying fresh, pasteurised whey using an ultra filtration process.
LACTOSE
Lactose is produced from fresh cheese whey, crystallized and dried after which it is milled, sieved and packed.
SKIMMED MILK POWDER
Skimmed milk powder is produced by spray drying fresh pasteurised cow’s milk which has been concentrated to 50% total soldids by evaporation.
